Performance was evaluated using Synthetic Twist SARS-CoV-2 RNA Control 2 diluted in 10 ng of Jurkat total RNA. Data was collected on an Applied Biosystems<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> 7500 Fast real-time instrument (96-well, 20 \u00b5l reactions).
