Below the NEB France team which is currently made up of 22 people including 6 Territory managers who are at your disposal to support you in your daily projects, a NGS Market Manager and customized solutions, technical and customer services, marketing team as well as 2 apprentices.

Chrystel has been responsible for accounting and general services since her arrival in
April 2011. To date, she also manages
the customer service and human
resources affairs.

Maud joined NEB France in April 2011 as a Customer Service Manager. She mainly manages your calls, your orders and handles your logistics-related demands. Maud also supports the sales team on a daily basis.

Muriel joined us in 2011 mainly to answer your technical questions. Since 2014, she has been responsible for operational marketing as well as the implementation of digital tools
for NEB France.

Sandra came to strengthen the customer service in November 2012. Just like Maud, Sandra handles your calls and product orders and logistics-related requests (shipment, packaging, delivery delay, etc.).
