Scope

This Privacy Policy covers only information collected through the Sites. It does not cover any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, collection conducted offline, through other products or services that do not display a direct link to this Privacy Policy, or by other companies at third party sites that do not display a direct link to this Privacy Policy.

Shariff Social Media Buttons

This website uses Shariff Social Media Buttons. You can use social media without putting your privacy at risk unnecessarily. The project Shariff replaces the usual Share-buttons of social networks and protects your surfing behavior. Nevertheless, you can share information with others by a single click.

The usual social media buttons transmit user data to Facebook & Co. and other similar companies on every page visit and provide the social networks with precise information about your surfing habits (thanks to user tracking), even if you are not logged in or even a member. Although, the Shariff button only transmits information to the Social Network when actively clicking on it.

Shariff prevents that you leave a digital track on each page you visit and improves data protection.

International Data Transfer

Any personal data you provide to NEB, its affiliates, agents, vendors and service providers may be stored and processed, transferred between and accessed from the United States and other countries in which NEB has a subsidiary (Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom), which may not guarantee the same level of protection of personal data as the country in which you reside. The purpose of the transfer is to improve continuously our products and services and their promotions to current and future clients. The data which are transferred are the following: professional details, transactional data, data relating to client-supplier relationship, it means all requests, orders, assets, payments, contracts, audits and specific agreements at the exception of  all data concerned by a written agreement of non-transfer to a third country. The data transfer is governed by NEB intragroup data transfer agreement based on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission which comply with respective legal obligations of the subsidiaries regarding to protection of personal data, a copy is available upon request at the following email: dpo.fr@neb.com.

However, NEB will handle personal data collected through a Site in accordance with the Site’s linked Privacy Policy.

Our Sites may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our Sites, you should note that we do not have any control over other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection of any information provided while visiting such sites, and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy.
