To contract with you

If your badge is scanned by a partner or third party at an event your information will be governed by that party’s privacy policy.

International Data Transfer

Any Personal Information you provide to us or our affiliates, agents, vendors and service providers may be stored and processed, transferred between and accessed from the United States and other countries in which we have an affiliate (Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Japan, Singapore, United Kingdom), which may not guarantee the same level of protection of Personal Information as the country in which you reside. The purpose of the transfer is to improve continuously our products and services and their promotions to current and future clients. The data which are transferred are the following: professional details, transactional data, data relating to client-supplier relationship, it means all requests, orders, assets, payments, contracts, audits and specific agreements at the exception of all data concerned by a written agreement of non-transfer to a third country.
